Account Access
• Click "Create Account" to register
• Must use a @wcpss.net email address
• (Admin can approve exceptions for testing)
• Once approved, you can create bookings
Viewing Availability
• Use the dropdown to select a space
• View bookings by Month, Week, or Day
• Click any booking to view details
Creating a Booking
• Login to access booking calendar
• Click and drag on the calendar to select time
• Enter reason for booking
• Choose single or repeating booking
Managing Bookings
• Click a booking to view details
• You can delete your booking (if allowed)
• All bookings must be approved by admin/moderator
Booking Colors
• 🟡 Gold = Pending approval
• 🟢 Green = Approved booking
Approval Process
• Admin/moderator reviews booking
• You will receive email when approved or denied
